Click edit on the original post and edit the subject.

Alternatively, flag the post and request a moderator to do it, as it only costs a twenty percent warning.

what does 100%warning do? probably mute for some time...

I have no idea if it does anything special, likely just takes a long time for your warning level to become unmuted as iirc it is at 55% and above that is the "mute" status...
