3. Time and server, as accurately as possible Just started,and he is still going.
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. He is trying to buy cRPG money/items with RL money.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. I dont know,jis gear doesnt look like he just started today so he proably just doenst want to grind.
