Title: Elite Clan???

I was just wondering if their has ever been an elite clan, 5 or more people just looking the same and havng the same build!

I wonder if it's any good on battlefield and if anyone of you guys would be interested opening an *Elite* clan.

I tried at one point but i gave up again. I cant ask people to join a completely unknown new clan, because that would be the same as asking them to play x1 majority of the time - i would only delay their progress and i didnt want that so i shut it down again.

I think it would be too much fun though.

edit: the clan i tried to start was a shielder clan. 10 players max. same equipment and above level 32+ (34+ pref)

I think the *Elite* clan should be melee based but it's hard to decide what armour to waer and what weapons to take.

The best force would be diverse, but I think you're wanting the term "Thematic" not "Elite."


There have been a few Thematic clans that have come and gone, but nothing stays around.

An elite clan, the very best players at playing a class that requires no skill what so ever.

On a more serious note, most clans outside of funtime camaraderie clans are made by players attempting to make a superclan that they can stoke their epeen with by rolling ganksquads, be they Grey Order or DRZ trying to win nonstop on EU2 or Mercs/Eques trying to roll EU1, and usually their play sessions end with mass GTXs when they lose a round.

EDIT: Didn't actually write GTX, handn't realised it was the default spelling for Rage Quit :P Love it. Love it love it love it.

Wouldn't it be great to see a clan like that uprising and I think with a 90% chance they could even get good money out of it in strategus.

No i prefer having something balance in eu1. So having such clan isn't a good idea.
I don't enjoy the ultra unbalanced fights. (like 25vs1 at the end of the round)
Even if i'm in the winner team.
I enjoy much more something like 8v8 -> 5v5 ->1v1.

1/ Blocking kicking and chambering all pretty basic skills. Positioning and timing are what makes great players.

2/ Who cares about strategus? strategus is the very worst part of cRPG.

the good thing about crpg is that a small amount of elite players can easily be crushed by a bigger amount of random people

therefore 5 good players won´t make any difference
