MW bec de corbin + any of the following:

+2 Wisby guntlets 
+2 scale/lamellar guntlets
+2 Sarannid guard armor
+2 heraldic mail with tabbard
+2 kuyak
+2 helmet between 3000 and 4700 gold except weaboo helmets
+2 Sarranid/courser
+2 leg armor between 2400 and 3300 gold

or 2 +1 equipment listed above

Yes you can become the proud owner of any silly MW item you desire granted you've the required items

and
A +2 heirloomed item from that list

OR

Masterwork Bec
and
Two +1 heirloomed items from that list

You get:
