I have checked the logs, the reason for his poll was "no armour", but being naked, as long as you are armed, is not against rules.
Each other screen showes random, single teamhits and after that ballista hit he also did say sorry, but it was later, some time after you screened I guess :)
No action taken, I'll warn him personally to be more careful in the future.
