I just always killing that ninja, and when he balanced to my team he just tk me and say something like "sleep pussy".

I was playing in the server at the time of this incident so I can confirm this was an intentional team kill on helot.

I was also playing in the server at the time of this incident but I can't confirm this was an intentional team kill on helot at all. I just accidentally released my swing, and he died from 1 hit, cos my katana landed straight into his ginger head. It's nothing but the accident. I admit that it was looking like intentional kill, but in fact I just accidentally detached the finger off my mouse. That's all. Sad thing, but it happens sometimes. Yes, I wrote some rude messages in chat (in russian language) after it happened, just to troll him. But in the end I apologized to him 5 minutes after the story happened (also on russian). Anyways since he rejected my apologies and still want to get me banned - so give me what I deserved, don't be gentle with me this time!

And it is not 'accidentally', when round started, all teammates just ran ahead, but he spun specially, came up to me in front and just hit me in my redbeard! :o

Look, you and me were playing alongside each other for at least 1,5 hours, sometimes in the same team, sometimes in opposite. And all this time I had no reasons to kill you (except when you were in enemies team). That teamkill was unintentional. I understand that this is frustrating - being killed at the spawn by an accidental swing landed into your head and killed you with 1 hit. So, you know, if you still want to ban me for that - I won't mind. Sorry anyways :oops:

Not a problem if it were the first time. But you often do that. You just do not know how to restrain yourself.

Hmmm...  And the publication of private information (such as private messages) is not really good thing. Information forwarded to him, wasn't meant for publicity. I think, it's forbidden in most countries. So I'd suggest you'd rather permanently ban helot for violations of Human Rights, such as private life and personal conversations :|

The logs confirm that it was a tk at start of round and that you mocked him after you tked him.

This is your 7th ban for th/tk, among others. You have to write an essay of 500 words with the topic "Teamkilling helps no one".
