Can someone post the best Flamberge build they have? This is something I've always wanted to do in cRPG, but I really haven't yet because I still need to GIT GUD.

I just finished up a Flamberge gen which was a blast.
Level 30
27/15
9ps
5ath
3wm

No IF? I would assume using a Flamberge warrants decent armor which becomes many times more effective with IF. What equipment were you using besides the Flamberge?

Vaegir war mask is a must

Yea, and Kuyak. Take Longsword as secondary weapon.

Oh before I forget:
https://personality-testing.info/tests/BIG5.php
This personality test helps you to find the best body armor for you:
neuroticism - Light Kuyak
extraversion - Heavy Kuyak
agreeableness - Light Kuyak
conscientiousness - Heavy Kuyak
openness to experience - Rus Scale Armor
It will give you an unique look based on your personality type!
I love this pluralist community full of diversion and interesting individuals :D
Edit: I guarantee no one else will look the same as you :!:

I was using a haubergeon (i think that's the name? + wisbys) for around 55 body armor that doesn't break the bank, since the Flammy is so expensive.
9 PS was a joy, though. Especially since my last 2 gens before that we're 12 and 15 str respectively

Cool. I was thinking of using this, actually:

Don't know why people don't use vanilla armor more, many are very well rendered and cool, especially vaegir, khergit, and sarranid armor.

Looks good! Now get out there and chop some people down!
The one Flamberge specific trick I can offer is that the slow speed + high reach of your right swing means it's pretty easy to make your swings line up with an enemy's head or (better) lightly armored feet.
I got a lot of hilarious 1-shots from just barely clipping somebody's toe with the later frames of a right-swing.
Enjoy!
