Title: Skyrim mod packs

I will download Skyrim today cus I will lose my internet cus I can't pay for it atm. I am looking for a mod pack which won't mess up the realism and storyline but will make a difference than vanilla. any suggestions?

What do you guys think of immersive weapons and immersive armors? do they increase the gameplay or just fantasy bullcrap knight online like weapons?
