Title: Character Profiles not on CRPG Launcher.

My lvl 30 (BIllCutting) and lvl 28 (WilliamCutting) are on c-rpg.net but not available in the game.  I can create a new character and play but the other two profiles are not available.  Can anyone help me with this.

Make a new character with the same names you see on the site  (BIllCutting or WilliamCutting) and join a server.
