Title: Mounted Ranged solved

HA/HX are not able to report teamhits anymore. Teamkills where the ha/hx is the victim bring  + points now instead of - points.
Tking mounted ranged should be officially allowed - please change server rules now.

Please also add a wave on DTV with all HA that dont attack the players but kill each other right at the start.
