Something related to score system would be nice.

I have a few ideas:
1) Very fast leveling up for the first gen. character of a new player - this will keep a newcomer comfortable to try mod further.
2) Faster leveling up 1-30 lvl so people would rather use their mains than STF, and this will let new players gain MW quick to match the old ones.
3) Every 100 score points double XP and gold. Personal multi. Will justify the use of heavy expensive armour.

well im sry but i think for new guys we have and do a lot...

we got stf and dont forget that there is still double exp if im not wrong, right? no repairs up to lvl 25(?) at the start, right?

so guys leveling and getting into that game was never that easy than these days... when the most of us joint it was much much much more harder to level, to get your first "deserverd" kill and become usefull on the servers.

all im saying is, don't throw too much sugar in air ;)

This has been discussed to death and regardless of how many good ideas we have all come up with, we can mostly agree that they're very hard to implement or are actually just another form of something we've already in the past which didn't work out well.

eh tüte, just because it was even worse before it shouldn't be improved??

also OP says nothing about newbie-friendly but asks about a general change of reward system which has been demanded and promised for years now...
I guess it was considered too much time and effort to change for crpg and new systems can be more easily changed and tested in MBG.

The concept of #3 is quite a nice idea. It rewards both teams for going even, and rewards siege players/low multi gamemodes as well. It could even use direct scaling instead of every 100 pts and it'd be fine.
