There were a few times where Warband servers did this in the past and I had to manually type in my key.

You got any backup of your pc, or of steam, prior to when the problem occured?

Also if you happen to have another machine at your disposal, install Steam and Warband on there.

If none of this helps I guess shooting Steam support a message would be the only option. Not sure that will get you any further though :|

Step 2. Reinstall it
Step 3. Turn off your device

Step 6. Go to the "create a new account" and make a new one
Step 7. Stop being a filthy whore and pay $5 for a new key
Step 8. Have lazy devs transfer items and data over
Step 9. install c-rpg on new warband
Step 10. Play for hours and hours straight until you pass out and die from sleep deprivation and lack of pooping

Key ~~Authorisation~~ (Sorry, you're American: >Authorization< Here you go) fails when you try to enter a server.
Wait until this is resolved, then check again if you can see your game key in your Steam library. Pretty sure that once their server is back up your game will find its key again.
