5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*:I dont know he does this all the time I know that He banned 8-9 times before and it must perma ban this time.8-9 ban and now it's time for perma Im sick of this Guy I dont want to see him again.

A screenshot of the log doesn't really prove anything. You must take screenshots of the situation, not just the log. A screenshot of the chat log can lead to many interpretations.
And, SultanSinan, don't spam ban requests that have nothing to do with what you are posting.
