I don't see why low tier crossbows (hunting, light and normal xbow) should have such high difficulties, they were used for two reasons anyway:
1) for fun builds where you hit and run with a low tier xbow, extremely funny but I don't see why this deserved a nerf.
2) to have something to do during your first hours after retirement.
Thoughts? Maybe the normal xbow is fine with it's 12 difficulty, but the light xbow with 11 is quite stupid imo :/
EDIT: maybe some people might give HX as a reason, but I believe a balanced build is far better for horse ranged than a troll build.

It used to be 7. That made it possible for people to go 07/30 or 07/33 HX which is quite ridiculous.
EDIT: That is no troll build at all. Just an incredibly stupid HX build that hits dead accurate even when going full speed.

Yeah the hunting/light xbow are high str to prevent idiotically high AGI HX builds. 12 str for the regular xbow is fine, my alt is 12/27 with full melee potential at level 30 (but no IF or shield).

YES! those xbows are meant to be lower difficulty.. there should be lowered..

afaik a balanced HX is far more deadly than a agi troll HX

Imagine someone like Hate More with 36 agility. 6 Horse Archery and incredibly high manoeuvrability. I promise you that such a build in a hands of a skilled HX will annoy you a whole lot more than a HA.
Even unskilled HX will do well with such a build. They can kite forever and hit every shot while going full speed.
Balanced might be more effective if you are skilled both on horseback with your xbow and on foot in melee combat. But for somebody who is not good at blocking 7/30+ definitely is the better choice.
