Title: HOW TO: Join a Faction Without Being In Sight Of a Member

First, find out the faction ID. The faction ID can be found in the url of their faction page which can be found through either looking up their fief on the c-RPG site or if they've initiated a battle before.

I'll use the Kalmars as an example, their faction ID can be seen here; http://c-rpg.net/index.php?page=strategusbattlesupcoming#!?page=strategusinfofactiondetail&id=26 as 26.

So the link for joining would look like this. http://strategus.c-rpg.net/send_action.php?action=joinFaction&id=26 NOTE: IF YOU CLICK THE LINK IT WILL MAKE YOU LEAVE WHATEVER FACTION YOU HAPPEN TO BE IN AND APPLY TO THE FACTION WHO'S ID IS IN THE LINK.

If you see a blank screen with the number 1 in the top left corner after clicking the link then congrats! You have succeeded in applying to whatever faction you specified in the link.

I don't see the faction ID in the first link.  Where do you see it?

Well the color of my army turned blue/green whatever Kalmarian color and then it turned back to a manly magenta when I rejoined FPF.

Whenever I did this I can't see anything on the faction page. Anyone know how to fix?

You need to be accepted by the faction you're applying to first.

Oh, my color changed on map and it said I was in it so I assumed it had worked.

Faction applicants will get the color and name of the faction, but they won't be able to see faction movements or the faction page until they get accepted.
