Title: Custom Banner Issue

I won a custom banner auction last night on my character BrittneySpearz:

However I was in my faction at the time Frisia. I left and made my own, but no option to uploaded a custom banner is there. Any ideas why?

The clan you are in gets the banner slot. Not your character.

So basically Frisia has the 60 days of banner now, while you gotta win an auction for your own clan.

PM Harald and your issue will most certainly be resolved.
If he cannot help you, maybe Frisia leader might give you at least parts of the gold you spent back, since they do not have to get a new banner slot for another 2 months now.

Tried both sound based and visual. Believe its either a issue on my account or issue with settings on forums.
