Just been on eu1 and people are being rasist, its not the first time nor the last but admins do nothing.

i just checked my screenshots and I was a little late pressing f12 but zushakon and zarthon made remarks about black people

Talking about black people isn't a crime.  If it happens again press L to bring up chat history before pressing f12.  Only make accusatory threads if you've got the screenshots to back it up.

Also, if you do have a specific complaint to make instead of talking in generalities, please post it in the appropriate ban forum, as instructed.
