Title: Are we able to change forum user names?

I thought I've seen some people change their forum user name. For instance, mine is Tank Burner which is extremely old. I would like to be able to change it to Tanken, if possible. Thought I saw something similar with Desire/Nightingale a while back--but not sure, she may have just started a new forum user account.

Any insight on how to go about actually applying for this would be awesome--otherwise, consider this my application to have my Forum User Name changed to Tanken.
