I was banned for "leaching" when i was LITERALLY not leaching.

As you guys can see my score was  low? But is it really enough evidence to say I was leaching? Considering I had minimal gear on ( a STICK  FOR A WEAPON) it would be QUITE difficult to kill somebody, HENCE MY SCORE. ALSO, he just chose the right screenshots to fit his ban request, as I DID get occasional kills with my stick.

BASED ON WISTONA'S LOGIC THIS WOULD BE CONSIDERED LEACHING AS WELL: (Taken from same screenshots provided)

I SERIOUSLY doubt any of these guys, including myself were  NOT leaching.

Yes I know why they haven't done anything. Multiple admins have been in the server while I was in the server as well. Theyre the ones to judge if I was leaching and wouldve told me to stop leaching IF I WAS ACTUALLY LEACHING You have INSUFFICIENT evidence to support that I was leaching. Winstona you just got onto me because I called you bad one day because you were trash talking me and I started trash talking your friends who rushed to your defense and youve had a grudge on me ever since. Winstona is a complete LIAR and a TROLL who has been out to get me. Just look at his infamy and him calling the admins Badmins in this thread to show you how serious his ban thread was. As for Ganner this was INSUFFICIENT evidence to ban me for it. Ever since I was unbanned in January I have cause NO TROUBLE to the cRPG community AND I WASNT PLANNING ON CAUSING TROUBLE AGAIN. THIS was a VERY UNJUST BAN. Although Ganner says no unban, I believe I do deserve one because I was banned unjustly with insufficient evidence. I promise you guys I was NOT leaching.

If it's any help at all, these are the only screenshots I took while I was playing with this gear on. It shows you that I was not "basically afk-running into enemy every round for like 12 hours straight." [Winstona_Churchill]. This shows that I was actually actively running into the battle and fighting as well. I was NOT afk running as he claimed I was. I was actually running into the fight and ACTUALLY FIGHTING people. IF I WAS AFK RUNNING I WOULDN'T OF TAKEN SCREENSHOTS

Pictures of scoreboard doesn't prove anything. Winstona does not have pictures of him actually running in and dying, besides i was playing when he was playing. He was in peasant gear, can't expect him to carry now can you. This is a stupid ban.

If people are leeching you should fraps it. Better evidence than some fucking scoreboards

Some admins that weren't Canary or Pappy felt differently. I can't speak for them, but

Did not positively add to something that (imo) was already borderline based on the content of the original ban request and could be seen as leeching from a stricter perspective by a user that has experienced many past bans. This post was quoted multiple times in the admin thread about it. About your situation, it's not looking good.

In-game, I usually give people the benefit of the doubt in-game if I notice something unless someone is using i-chat to point it out to me, since inaction is better than jumping the gun and banning someone without being 100% sure.

Btw, I've seen Allers on this guy many times, and he DOES fight. OMG- You caught him using a stick and peasant clothes? Guess you should ban every fucking new player or someone trying to make money.

As Kale said, the scoreboard proves nothing. If San ran around with a stick and went 0-5, would you permaban him?

I don't like allers at all, but I've played with him when he's in money-making mode, and he does marginally better than some of the very poor players that are using full gear. He runs in and dies, but he's not autorunning or anything. Not leeching.

I think it is funny that he got banned, but I don't think it is just.

Anyways this is an unjust ban of course. Ganner is a bad admin who doesn't even play this game and for some reason still has his admin powers. The idiot muted me for saying something that wasn't even against the rules and then refused to even communicate with me about it after asking him multiple times. He is LITERALLY a power hungry kid

Undeserved ban.

I witnessed allers charging the other team as a peasant, yes, but he also didn't just die and go to a different screen or AFK run. He WAS fighting his opponents.

Also, due to the words of choice by winstona in his ban thread I would go more to guess that the only reason that he put the thread up is because he is upset about something. This meaning that some things may be exaggerated.

if somebody goes to jail ten times and gets convicted an eleventh because they refuse to give him a fair chance in a trial, does that mean that he deserves his sentence for an eleventh? the fact is that all bans should get an equal chance of being banned or overturned. the punishment is the only thing that should vary depending on the previous record.

Unban.
 This is a stupid fucking ban by a terrible admin that use admin chat to recruit for his strat battles. He banned me for being 11-2 for not spawning with a weapon which was against the rules but he warned me in team chat while he was on the other team.
I guess I find it strange ganner gave out the ban cause he sure is seen on these threads a lot  :rolleyes:

Also, I got banned for an hour because I was trying to find the enemy but Ganner called it "leeching". Allers was never leeching, I went to get an easy kill(I know :() and he chambered my thrust.

What a total non-issue.  Playing suboptimally shouldn't be banworthy.  The only reason this was brought up at all is because awful fàggots like to use the ban forum to play out their personal vendettas.  I wonder if any other admins will show a fucking spine here  :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Unless someone is achieving SSJ levels of douchebaggery or is caught cheating, then global bans shouldn't even be an option. I have a list of people you should be banning instead of Allers, like how people such as Panos and Knightmare are still allowed to play is beyond my understanding.

We can't even get over 70 people during prime-time on our server anymore, so little things like suicidal peasant charges should be a week long ban at the most by this point.

Oh c'mon now, Panos is someone I would love to have in the community as long as we're around. He's the man.

Allers wasn't leeching doing his shit though, just making some money and playing recklessly.

That is the very definition of suicide leeching. Running at the enemy with no intent on fighting. Case closed, offense admitted in ban thread, appeal denied. Allers you have had more chances than anyone in this community. No other admins objected to this action when it was suggested in the fourms for 2 weeks. Allers you have burned too many bridges with your shit attitudes and your constant chat harassment of admins and players. We all know you have multiple accounts and/or will just buy a new key. Fair warning, if I know its you and you break the rules or harass anyone in chat on them you will be permabanned on that account immediately as well.
