4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. I guess Havelle had a bad day and was getting mad that I was making him chase me then the map after he was on my team then TK'd me at the start of the round then a couple rounds later he was switched back to my team then TK'd me again.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. Was tired and cranky and needed a long nap.

Low pop. He had a troll agi build and ran away repeatedly. To be fair, the accuser is absolutely terrible in melee.
