Title: ATTENTION MAPMAKERS

Okay I'm editing this shit again. I realized that I forgot to say what this is even for.


A little while ago somebody suggested I do a loom point raffle for mapmakers because apparently they don't get anything except the chance to see their map in the rotation. And since somebody told me that there aren't a lot of them that still play, I decided to go to level 32 and get 2 loom points. I don't know what I'm gonna do with the second one. I might find a way to give it away in-game, that could be fun.

So post here if you have made a map for this mod. It doesn't have to be in the rotation, but I do need some kind of proof that you actually made it.

Yes that's what I'm doing. I remember somebody suggesting it to me one time.

I play now and then and can make maps, doubt a loompoint is gonna be much of a motivation for me though.

Okay I added that to the original post. I still have 8.6 mil to go to level 32, so I'm just gonna let this die for a bit and bump it back up when I reach level 32.

Oh, the thread was initially called 'I need some help' first so I figured he had a request for a map to be made, in that case don't give it to me. You should probably give it to Thranduil, the man is a mapmaking machine. Doubt anyone can match his productivity.

I made a map, but it has since been removed from rotation. It was buggy and in need of quite a bit of fixing.

I've started some other maps, but spending a lot of time editing entry points for strat maps turned me off of the creative aspects of edit mode. I ought to pick it up again.


THERE REALLY SHOULD BE MORE INCENTIVE FOR CREATING NEW MAPS, THOUGH. I WILL GIVE PEOPLE STUFF IF THEY SUCCESSFULLY MAKE NEW MAPS THAT GET ADDED TO BATTLE MODE.
