Title: I can't not access my strategus map

So 2 days ago I changed my name on the CRPG website. After I got the name change approved I went to check on the strat map but instead of the map it showed me a message saying to select my hero, but my hero was already selected. Now I can't access the map on strategus. When I click my inventory and party it gives me party not found.

Change to your hero character on the crpg site before accessing the map.

Same here.

It says that "You have to select a hero first." even if that new hero already is selected. What is more problematic is that you can't even change back to your old hero that did work. Need help!

Delete your browser cookies from c-rpg.net and strategus.c-rpg.net.

Was on teamspeak with him last night, he deleted the cookies properly. To no avail. Switching browers did not work either.

Only possible solution I could give him was to change his hero to another character and back to his current main in hope that this will work.

Or change the name back to the old name, then change character, rename the current main and change back to it.


And thinking about it, maybe it would be worth trying to log out of the website and back in?
