I think the new animation is slightly too hunched or something, but it does in fact look like someone doing his best to pull a string instead of some robot pulling his arm back. The current archery animation is not perfect but it is much better than the old one.DO You have not played a bow and arrow?
That would depend actually. I have done archery before for a few years at an event. One year they had a stand set up next to the targets was field archery.Stooped posture is not universal
One of the guys that came with them brought his self bow which was only 56LB but in order for my self to draw it i had to take quite a hunched position due to it being quite strong in comparison to the general bows used on the targets. the target bows were only 14LB to 22Lb.
Personally i feel that the animations reflect it pretty decently.
however if your drawing weaker bows then yes the positioning is wrong as you can draw them pretty easily whilst standing straight.
I don't do archery all the time and im not particularly stonk.
all bows i had used before were only 20-30LB so 56 is pretty strong for myself.
You are too weak
Stooped posture is not universalMedieval bows are shit they are not made with modern materials or design so they need more draw to get to what modern day bows can get with less. Though 56lb isnt a ton for a bow i only weigh like 135lbs while being 6ft making me quite thin and i can draw a 55lb bow quite easily
56LB need hunched posture? You are too weak
DO You have not played a bow and arrow?I think I have played mount and blade, those games are very similar.
