Title: All characters are banned?

Hey there guys, I'm Rastingo,
I've been playing Crpg for years, and up until recently everything's been alright, I've always played by the rules, but this past while every time i try to join a server I've been getting kicked within half a second of joining it? I'm not sure if I've actually been banned or if this is some sort of bug, I can't really think of anything I've done to deserve getting banned? I know sometimes I'm afk when I need to go to the loo which sometimes is at the start of the round, but like, I tend to avoid team hitting/ team killing.

Can someone help me get back into the game?
