So, you tell me what you want and what you offer in gold!

Ok, because this became popular I tell you which the best offer is (So I dont need those PM about who is leading)

~~Offer 1. 500,000 gold and mw ncs~~

Offer 2. 550,000 gold and some stuff (no items more than x2)

Offer 3. 900,000 gold

Offer 4. 200/250,000 gold and mw Espada <-------------- Winner, buyer needs to CONFIRM

No I will not tell you who offered, because I take care of my clients!

When I have decided the best offer for me I will take screenshots of the heirloom points and the item when it goes masterworked/lordly etc. I will invite the buyer to our TS so many other can witness the transfer. If I trick then everyone knows me...

EDIT: Also the buyers are safe, because they see if I put the heirloomed item on the market. It's the buyer who can trick me, however it will go fine!
