How many more people have to get banned because they kill the V to force a map change?

Not having map polling at DTV it`s the most retarded thing, some maps are big, bugged and boring (like the one with the big gap on the middle which bots have to cross over some Tree bridges, guess what, ITS BORING TO HAVE TO SEARCH FOR BUGGED BOTS IN SUCH A BIG MAP).

Allow ONE MAP poll per map to avoid map polling spam, and let the fucking players to decide which map want to play.

Stop banning people because your rules are broken.

Sounds good, but I think they won't do it because they want to frustrate you with big bugged boring maps which don't make fun.

And if they make it they would only upload undefendable maps to keep the game just a little balanced.

You cant hit level 31 in 12 hours, its impossible.

So let me see, you prefer people getting banned over retarded reasons, rather than letting them pick the maps they want to play .

Oh I forgot, this is c-rpg, no fun is allowed, we all should abide the rules.

While I understand your idea, it would just end up with people polling through all the maps to reach that one abusable map they can milk for most exp and gold, instead of actually playing the game.
Having a poll to change map would be nice, sure, but community isn't responsible enough to have it, at least in my opinion.  :(

add a cooldown time.

Lets say the players want to play map X, they do a poll, then the map X gets an Y cooldown time before it can get played before.

Maybe instead of "Vote for Map X" there could be a "Vote for next map"

Also as Panos said, a cooldown. So you can only vote every other map. Or maybe make the cooldown even 2 maps long or something.

But I definitely agree that some maps are a pain in the arse to play. Well "play" rather, because most of the time a round takes 30 minutes cause you cannot find the last bot.
Or it even takes 20 minutes until the last bot of the furthest wave reaches the players.

Too many maps are killing the server when it is not full in the first place.

No map is easy enough to go through all the waves with no effort. Mapchange polls would be fine and an excellent feedback for mappers.

But if they implement it (again) no one is going to play all those shit maps they've chosen to add for dtv.

Tell ya what, change the maps to the old DTV maps and I'll even request that you, and it pains very much to say this, remove istiniar and rizi from the map rotation

Also those are only the ones easily exploitable. Might have missed one or two obviously.
Loads of other maps are also expoitable, those exploits just are not as obvious, such as a fence or a rooftop. But a nicely placed shield-whore with a steel shield can stuck 95% of all bots in a corner on many maps.

However I do agree that the old DTV was way better. It felt like DTV, not like playing Riot Police beating prison breaking inmates inevitably coming your way because you cannot move at all due to all the in/visible walls.
