Title: modify vote KICK/BAN

I want to offer you a little change vote on the kick and ban.

Player xxxx  initiated a poll kick player xxx for  AFK
Player xxxx  initiated a poll kick player xxx for Leeching
Player xxxx  initiated a poll ban player xxx for Teamkilling
Player xxxx  initiated a poll ban player xxx for Killing  Viscount Valdemar

so it will be clear to other players what and why you voted against a particular person

this is one of the smartest suggestions i've seen here in a while

Actually good one. Also, the reason part should be highlighted in a different color just as it is in the OP.

Yep good suggestion and should be easy to implement, admins (real admin, not the shitty HRE server kind) an already do this.

It sucks if you missed the reason of the poll because when you open the logs to checheck it, you also close the poll.

Great suggestion. But it's funny how you always make your polls with "yes" and "no" letting us select both options.  :D
