Title: wpf question

i have 6 wm and i put some points in polearms and 1h weapons. i have 112 in 1h on site and 134 in poleas,but i have 95 and 120 in game.
Wtf? Is this some bug or what>

what devs have said and i hope to shit is true, is that the site number in green is the actual wpf, the in game just doesn't reflect it.
