5. Why you think the offender did what he did. He got really mad for one teamwound and next round started twing my horse in the spawn and the following rounds also liked to block my horse in spawn.

Attacking your teammates is against the rules, it doesn't matter how far into the round you are, you will be punished for it. This is going in your record and it will be brought up in the future if you are caught breaking the rules again.
