Title: Bought an exclusive banner but it is not there.

I bought an exclusive banner last night, auction 7452, on character Jason_Flynn_The_Great, yet the upload option is nowhere to be found.  Hoping to get this resolved.

Did you have a ladder clan at the time of purchase?

Well, there is the issue. You must have a ladder clan already made when you purchase a banner slot. It even says so on the auction info:
Please note that you must be in a clan when the auction ends, otherwise you get nothing and your gold is lost.

I don't think explaining this was a waste of time. He helped you successfully, hence it should have been worth every single second for him.
