Title: Unintended respec?

So I was checking out my alt, and noticed he had 3 levels I somehow forgot to spec.  I used all the points to make my infantry 2 hander.  Then I looked at my other char, and realized I got them mixed up.  For some reason my cav guy went back to 18-18.  Odd thing was was that I was playing him last night charging around on my horse, and now I don't have any riding at all.  I don't want two guys with pretty much the same build, so could we fix this?

Cav got a partial respec, PM harald if you messed it up
