Title: Remove Respec

Remove it completely. Allow players to change build for free once a month. I've lost too much exp on my old account, and i'm not doing it again.

Gotta love how retarded some people make the polls. Don't you realise that if you make them like that they are going to be completely ignored by anyone who may do something about it?
