Title: An ordinary day in CHN Defend the Village
Post by: Elmiro on May 18, 2011, 11:24:29 pm
I often go to the chinese server to spectate, because it's very fun to see the weird ways they find to farm xp and gold, having an almost constant 5X.
Here are some proofs of what they do, that is against the rules, because it gives the players of that server an unfair advantage over the other players, for instance in EU servers, that follow the rules and gain way less xp and gold/minute.

Below some screenshots I have taken there today, with description.

First rule of the chinese DTV: when you are losing, repoll the same map, so that you don't lose the multiplier, for example if you had x5, you will continue with the x5 and fight the peasants.

Poll is accepted by 75% of the players, of course!

This is another repoll: you can see that in the background there is already KirThaen.

Second rule of the chinese DTV: try to get your enemy stuck, and don't move for almost an hour.

the players online at that moment.

Evidence that this is the chinese server

And how did it end?
After a long time they got bored of farming the x5 for standing still, so they repolled the same map, and everything starts again...

Certainly seems like this server doesn't conform to the standard of Meow's universal rules. Even if the staff doesn't condone this kind of behavior, they're evidently not enforcing the rules well enough. At the very least they'll need a stern warning.
