Some added details such as which corpse is Spiritus' in that picture and in what ways he hit you/how much damage they dealt would help give some more information over what happened.

San, if you look at the picture: Testi(the guy in white with the axe) has just killed 1 guy, in between that, spritius hits Dovahkin 4 times before dieing to testi and then testi kills dovahkin. There's 2 other teamates of Dovahkin in the area still trying to kill testi.
Testi probably did one of those make everyone teamhit everyone scenarios before killing 3 of them.

thryn had the bastard sword dovahkin had the axe, I was in the background there and saw this. dude thryn was spinning around so he would get people to team hit while he was killing

It's fairly possible that he actually did tw this many times, I was spinning for days
