Title: Polearm wpf

I am a shielder with 21 15 build , and I am thinking to go for level 33 with 21 18, I bought a war spear recently, I tried it with 0 wpf , I can stop some horses and kill some people accidently, so I calculated how much wpf would I have if I ve spent all of my points to polearm until lvl 33 , it will be 64. So my question is ; Is 64 wpf enough for shield+war spear? Will I be more effective than 0 wpf?

You need at least 100wpf for polearm, otherwise you will feel too slow with 64 wpf and a shield and find that you will glance a lot.

Useful only for stopping horses.
