Hey,
as far as I remember after using Quick march there was an exhaustion phase which took as long as quick march (300 minutes I think?)
So I needed to quick march and now it says:
Quick March: Exhaustion will end in 989 minutes.
did they set up the time for exhaustion?

No. You just didn't remember it right. With 100 tickets, it's 5 hours of quick march and something like 10-12 hours of exhaustion. With bigger armies the exhaustion period is longer.
