Title: applicant trouble

So what's with this?

It's a bug. If you change your clan data (just hit edit data, then save changes, without changing anything) it goes away. Happened to me a bunch of times. Credit goes to whoever it was that helped me out.

Fixed, thanks.  And it is a strategus issue because I need clan members to fight in strat... yeah?
