Title: Build polearm cav

Im using this build: 18/18
If 5
Ps 6
Rid 6
Ath 6
Wm 6

Using: + 3 war horse, + 3 heraldic tabard over mail ( 51 body/ 11 legs), on the legs 30 legs armor (i dont remember the name of boots), + 2 scale on the hands, nikoloe helmet.

Any suggestions about this bulid?

It's a nice build. I'd get some more leg armour as its particularly important for cavalry.

If you're going for higher levels I suggest 18-21.

Suggestions?
Loom + 3 boots?
Change armor? If yes.. What is a good armor?

Basically just get the most expensive boots which you like the look of. As for looming it, I'm not sure. I'd say do it if you're completely sure you're going to play cavalry for a long time, but only after you have all other parts of your equipment loomed,
