I don't know if this is the right place to post, sorry if wrong section, if is what is the right one?

Honestly, I just hit lvl 31 and alt tabbed to retire, then like 5 min later I came back, was kicked from server, ok, then I tried to reconnect: You are banned from this server.
So... anything I've done really bad in particular? Please let me know.
If possible, how can I get unbanned?

Probably temp banned for being AFK? (Seen as leeching)  after an ignored warning?

What's your character name - I'll check if hes on the permanent ban list.
