Title: Problem with account

Hello! my friend have a problem with crpg.He forgot his password and login for his account to crpg.When he tries to create new character there is no password.QMPS doesnt work at all,there is no message.Is there any possibility to delete an accounnt ? I think there is a problem with his key.

you can just go to the official site and restore your account. Come to the game and press the command to get a new password
