Title: Production Points acting up
Post by: Keshian on May 10, 2014, 03:30:39 pm
Its been 60 hours since the last time my castle got production points (it was 3 more at that time).  Why are we getting random numbers of production points at random time intervals so we end up witha  lot less PP than should be given based on 5 a day?

I think devs should finally take a stand in this matter. We had the first problems with PP at the beginning of Strat 4. Still not a single comment on this.

I did not get any production points in the last 3 days either.
Today again for the first time.

Now over 3 days since my last production point increase in a castle.

I've been getting production points every other day or so, two days ago I got six and then yesterday I got none.

Hopefully they find a fix for it, production points might just be an important part of the game.

We have problems with Jelbegi Castle as well.  Most people who've taken castles said they got between 400-500 points.  We only got like 200.  If devs could look into this we would really appreciate it.

They lower PP down. Castles only get 3 per day now(says ~3 per hour, but I think it should be day)

We got over 300 just now(Initial Capture).  and that was 6 days ago. if you had 200 and we had 300 you got boned on that deal.

300 seems to be the average amount of PP in a neutral castle, which seems pretty low considering that's only 100 more than a neutral village.

Villages start at 200 and castles at 100 while cities start at 0.(Should*)

But they should have gained 5 a day over the last 2.5 months so castles should ahve around 400-500.  Except some of the fiefs are not getting the production points every day so Distar Castle, Jelbegi Castle, and Tulga at least are far short of the amount they should have had and are gaining much slower also.

they dropped the PP rate I thought(supposed to) so it's like 3/day or something funky.

But, yes, 330 isn't close to being right. at five a day, the castle should have some 450 points.

I was stuck at only 4 PPs for nearly an entire week a while ago. When you only get 1 PP per day in a village, that is a lot to lose out on. I spoke to several people and they all seem to agree that if you have at least 10 PPs in your fief at any given time that you should continue to acquire them on a daily basis. After stocking up it seems to have proven true. I have yet to notice myself missing any days. I might have missed one here or there, but nothing on the scale of several days without any. However, this doesn't at all explain why castles that should have had 300 or so by now only have 200.

Good thing PPs are totally useless and nobody actually needs them...

Same thing happens at New Tulbuk Castle, maybe a general reset of PP might fix the problem.

Good fucking god, the developers actually INTENDED for everyone to go afk on strat this round. It all makes sense now. Don't spend that shit, you'll get more if you don't.

That is really good to know. The only problem now is to get to 10pp again   Been stuck at 0 for a while now.

Gotta love strat lol.  Stocking 10 PP up should solve the problem for the same reason wearing a jersey for 20 years without washing it means your football team will win.

Of course I'm a Cleveland Browns fan so all my superstitious tricks have failed.  Well... except for the fact that when I buy a QB's jersey they will get hurt or cut.  The cat literally shit on my old Charlie Frye Jersey lol.  Typical fucking Browns.

Yeah 10 thing isnt the answer.  I was sitting at 29 all 3 of those days.  Finally got 3 PP yesterday afternoon and could transfer fief.

Oh right, at least my hopes won't be brutally crushed once I reach 10 pp. Assuming that will ever be the case.

What is the saying, "Hope dies last"? Well, mine pretty much died now

 I only got 340 from Reyvadin

I'm having the same issue as everyone else it seems... Production points are unreliable and come at random times or not at all. Before I posted this I hadn't recieved production points in almost 3 days but this morning when I got on I had 5.
