Title: Strategus Battle abuse - defenders poll kicked and banned from server

Strategus battles are bugged. No equipment was available, stats ("c" ingame) showed lvl 0. Nobody even spawned.

Attackers initiated poll kicks, all defenders were kicked, and subsequently banned from server. 

Technically the defenders lost the battle. Grey Order lost 3511 tickets and all equipment - quite a lot of gold considering new prices; to be exact 568.406 gold - we do have a full specification of what was lost.

When we realized that there is a bug we wanted to settle that situation amicably. We invited Sir_Tankmen to our TS. He actually showed up and said that he is not able to stop that, because attacking guys have a lot of fun kicking us from server.

Now:

WINNING BATTLE BY POLL KICKS/BANS IS NOT FAIR AND IS AN EXTREME EXAMPLE OF ABUSING BUGS

We do not mind a lost battle, as long as we have a chance to fight. But not like that.  It happened before at Malayuyrg Castle, I have been there, seen that, and I never dreamed that it may happen again in our case. 

I appeal to the highest authority - your conscience, chadz. I understand that frozen Strategus is an overture to BIGGER changes. But please, do not let such things happen.  Please make Strat rollback, and stop new battles, because there will be more such treads.

In the past poll kickers/banners were punished. We would expect the same here, such behavior should not be tolerated in the community. If there is no rollback, we expect Order of the Lance to return the fief and reimburse our losses.

and while your at it ban Kesh_BRD for being the same person?

from EU3, people like this just deserve a ban, even if it's half a clan.

If what you said is true then said people deserve long ban, that kinf of behavior is just untolerable.
