I've seen Noodlez' thread about something similar to this, but I found it a little hard for everyone to afford , so I decided to make a cheaper , smaller one which will increase the chance to win and other will lose less.
The Prize will be 2 Heirloom Points , ticket price is 31578 , there will be 50 tickets in total and 10 ticket limit for each player.

After at least 30 tickets are bought , we will publicly do the rolling on Mothers Day :P (Will announce the TS)

Why I am doing this? Because I am a little amazed how Noodles is playing the Wolf of Wall Street , and because I want to give a chance to people who cant give away 50k and found the chance to win too low in his raffle.And as someone who deleted his chars 3 times which would be like gen 20ish If I didn't , and have 4 MW items on my own , I need money.
