Shashka was one of the greatest 1h weapons out there IMO and removing , replacing it with the Paramerion was a bad idea! I am trying to say;

I don't know why it was removed. It didn't look awful, did the author remove the right to use it ? Did the stats become redundant with another weapons ? If the latter, just put it back in with the same stats as something else.

give it an alt mode so it can be used as a throwing weapon. might need new stats though im not sure

I wouldn't mind seeing it recovered. Do you want the bad stats back (something like 21p 30c 96 speed iirc), or bring it in line with the spathion + tier?

I would prefer the latter, perhaps a faster, less powerful variant. 21-22p, 30c, 98 speed.

I ve been thinking the same, a faster alternate for 1h swords could entertain users. The only problem with the weapon's look is the grip's color imo , it could ve been darkened a bit...

What happened to loomed shashka owners when it was removed? Did they get parameria or whatever replaced the shashkas?

When I used the Shashka and told everyone how awesome it is and looks, everyone was laughing at me.

I'd suggest 24p, 30c, 98 speed if you consider making it one of the top-tier swords. Would fill the gap between Italian Sword and KAS (not sure its a correct wording but i hope you get what i mean).

I forgot, what was the length? If it's ~102cm, those stats make it overtly crappier than the Long Arming Sword. If it's longer, then that's probably OK.

Bah, you're right. Stats were pretty terrible on it. I changed it from 99 speed to 98 in that post thinking 99 would be too fast.

It was 103 which made it a truly unique weapon...  :rolleyes:

I remember Massassin abusing the shit out of this 1 cm reach advantage against all these KAS and NCS users...

Yes, the Shashka must make a glorious return, there are too few single edged blades as of now. The color pairings of the sheath and handle are a bit wonky but that can easily be remedied. Even that video posted shows a deep red or mahagony colored hilt which would look wonderful.

How about 21p 31c 98sp? Then it's a:

KAS that trades 3p for 1sp and 1cm
Arabian Guard Sword that trades 1c for 1p and 3cm
LAS that trades 4p for 1c and 1cm
..etc.

Seems balanced to me. The model makes it clear it's not intended to be good for stabbing, but it should still have that capability.

No shit molly, the fact you always though it was "cool" didnt mean it was!. That sword got you killed soooo many times.. But yes, you looked stylish with it, i give you that.

I'd like to see it statted out as a "lighter" alternative to the arabian cavalry sword. Faster, less weight, less swing damage. Right now, the Arabian is the hands-down best 1H cav sword. It would be nice if there was something to match it in the same way that you can pick light/regular/heavy lances for lance cav.
