Another video of the same night, as you can see in this one, the firemen help the protestors using the truck as shield as the protestors charge. No one likes police in spain but fascists theirselves. You wont find that camaradery you see in another countries in public forces, both medical and firemen forces dislike the cops as much as those guys throwing stones.
Watch it fully, completely worth it.

A police officer that caught a brick with his head getting thrown at with even more bricks while laying on the ground without any signs of life...
Even at war people are more civil...

Why are they rioting? I hope they all go to jail honestly

FUCK THE COPS!
A.C.A.B.
THE LARGEST GANG... IN THE WORLD
what are they arguing in the end?

Well, protestors from all over spain walked for weeks from all over spain for a manifestation in madrid asking for dignity. We talk about millions of persons, even if the media said 40k. It was a totally legal act. Before the timefor it was over, police started screwing with them. So hell started. The headshoted police just got what he deserved for being just a dog. The yelling at the end is one pacific guy saying he just wants to take the bus to go back home, some persons walked over 700km for that event. The guy with the mask probably wanted to go inside the metro station where the police barricaded in fear and keep stoning them.
-
The only thing I saw was extremely small forces of police trying to hold up against a very agressive crowd while using very limited and always justified 'violence'.
Whatever the background is, these people just were there to fight. If you need something from your government, you don't go on the streets to break down everything you see.. I get these people do it out of anger, but still...

He is playing dead. Indeed, the moment he realizes his "team mate" leaves him he yells "you leave me alone?!?!", just like a fucking girl. Then he stands up in a split second. Its funny, he got headshoted by his own incompetence. They just went nuts running behind some person and got in middle of the hell by theirselves.

Wrong!. It was actually the biggest police operative in the history of spain.....People is bored of being beaten while they do completely legal acts. It all started when the police invaded a square half an hour before they had rights for it. Their mistake, and their lesson taught. They wont tell you about the 14 yo old girl who lost an eye. Or the elder woman who was beaten on the ground with sticks. Or the hundreds of persons who has been beaten . Understand that these are fascists dogs are working for their fascists owners. And yes. Protestors are always prepared now. Police always start fights at the end of these events, just to decrease their legimity. But this has been for weeks, with columns of thousands of persons walking to reach madrid. They had time to planify it and try to be "nice", indeed they tried to stop the event 30 minutes before the legal time. While some symphonic orchestra was playing some music at the event. There are some videos of secret polices starting the fights, cheering the "violent" side to do things just to cross the frontline and gather with their partners. its a common practice of these fascists pieces of shit.

you sound like a frustrated anarchist :s
-
You sound like a blind person. This is what happens when you offer a system that has no room for all these persons. When you got a bunch of corrupts as governors. But well, your degree of ignorance in this subject is so extense i wont even try to argue with you. You just have no idea about what is going on here.
-
Well, no one here does and you haven't exactly been helpful in that regard. :|
Oh, well, google it is.

Ok, ill try to explain you from t he begining in a very short version. We are governed by fascists. You know, when the world war 2 and bla bla bla bla. Spain was neglected any real help in their fight vs fascism. So we got a dictatorship. Just like the H man (it censors it and changes it with einstein lol) or mussolini. Then in the 70s the dude died. They sold the spanish the "transition" from fascism to democracy. But its a pure plain joke. The persons in charge nowadays are the relatives of those persons. It was just a change in name, but the same persons stayed in charged. After that, Europe didnt help much. The country was dismantled by the EU. Now, we are in a situation where the country is broke, where the same fuckers just get more rich, where people is bored. We had once one of the best public health care systems, Now they dismantle it and try to privatizing it making it cost even x3 to the tax payer. The idea is selling the stuff to their friends etc etc. Already did that with many strong public companies when they joined EU, always sold to friends, big hosts for politicals when they retire, they just get a position as "assesor" and live like kings. People is just tired of it. YOu ask the context?. 60% of persons between 18 and 30 has no job, and even if they got one right now, it would be a shitty one and even worse, with the new pension system they wont be able to even have a decent pension or retire at a reasonable age, and that is if it they got a job today. So its a very black future for those. And you ask why people stone those cops who are working for real fascists?. Meh. And you call me anarchism?, are you serious?.

This thread :|

im not sure if you read the thread about how we neutralized the unarmed old camper man, but in merica we would have terminated the entire crowd in the name of justice. i approve.
-
Oh yes, i have seen that video, not the thread though. Anyway, I know shooting at unarmed persons is like a custom in USA. We are more civilizated in Europe though, We prefer stones to resolve our problems...mostly. :)

The headshoted police just got what he deserved for being just a dog.
I never get this dislike of everyone in a police uniform. What makes fellow citizen who gets a job as a police officer become 'a dog' instead of just an individual trying do his job, however poorly he may be doing it. Don't you know anyone personally who is a cop? Is he an asshole who deserves bricks thrown at his head too?
Protests that turn violent bring out the worst in people on both sides of the barricade, in the videos that you showed me, the police showed a lot of restraint and reasonably good conduct. Is wounding a few police officers and burning a few cars gonna improve the economic situation of Spain, no it isn't. Just a bunch of violent fucktards venting their anger. Spain is a democracy that functions properly according to all research organization, so hate to say it, but those who you perceive as fascists have been voted in by your fellow Spaniards.

I'm not disagreeing with your message here, but I wonder what the baton strikes on people that flee too slowly are supposed to achieve.

that happens everywhere, they just gave a few soft strikes and that was it.

Why would you shoot someone if you can do the whole medieval experience of stoning people?
-
What is wrong with young people in Spain, they already live in developed western country run by democracy. No need for riots, even if most of them have no employment or future to look forward.

something something conspiracy theories
I'm a big fan of civil discourse, myself.
If you're looking to make your situation better by stoning law enforcement in the street, you're hilariously doing just the opposite.
Talk about oppression (which is subjective, mind you, as Spain is a Democracy whether you agree with this or not), but the police are likely to fight you a little harder when you stone one of their friends in the street.
They're people too, and they're likely to get angry just as you- just as the rest of the crowd is.
Nonetheless, it's the police's job to keep order and use appropriate, equal force. They're the ones truly facing a dilemma.
Violence begets violence, and an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind.

Why would they need employment? Spain is a ridiculously cheap country to live in. Everything is 20 times cheaper than in Scandinavia.
-
That is because in Spain they produce their own food and other stuff, not import it from god knows where. Dutch friend of mine told me there is only 2% of fertile soil in Norway, rest is just rocks. No wonder prices are insane. Being oil and gas rich country doesn't help either. He also told me that equality in Norway is a myth and that Oslo is split between rich and extremely poor. He said some parts of Oslo are exclusively populated by heroin addicts. I was quite stunned, was sure Norway was Utopian society but it seems it could be quite the opposite.
Of course, it's not like Spanish youth is completely innocent. I've read many times that Spain is lacking people with high education. Many kids didn't want to study and finish university and now they are mad there is no job for them.
-
Despite producing certain stuff, Spain still imports more than exports, even though it is getting closer these last few years. For example we need to buy loads of energy (not just oil and gas, also electricity produced elsewhere like France), since Spain produces quite little of it. An example with renewable energies, there was a big surge in the establishment of new solar and wind plants which stopped immediately as soon as the government subsidies ended, simply because they became economically unprofitable, and I have heard of people who invested in them and are now regretting it much like with the construction bubble collapse.

That is not entirely true. there are people like that, but there are also lots that go to University and take it as a joke, spending 10+ years in doing a degree. It is uncommon for someone to finish their degree in the 4 years it is supposed to. It is a question about mentality, around 30 years ago it was much worse, then with the coming of democracy (like it or not, it is one currently, not a perfect one, but a democracy nonetheless) the University network was expanded, it was made much more affordable (too much imo) and there have been years when tons of people go there who should not. A lot of people still just go because they can and their parents could not, not because they want to.
Also a lot of the good students leave the country because of better job offers abroad (not just EU, South America too)
I don't know how it compares to Scandinavia, but in the UK everything is about 20-30% more expensive plus the EUR-GBP exchange rate, so around 150% the cost of living in Spain. Salaries are generally higher though, so a much smaller difference when you take that into account. How do Scandinavian salaries relate? After all a better indicator than the absolute cost is imo the ability for families (people) to afford it, which with the unemployment rate increase in Spain has gone down these years.
Also, the official numbers for certain statistics (unemployment for example) are imo inflated by a significant under the radar work environment in Spain that has always existed, but has been accentuated by the lower trust in banks, the government and other things.
