4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: ElvenScout rejoinned after I killed him at the beginning of the round, kill him again and say rejoinning is bannable, for what he say me "мамку свою забань"(ban ur mother)
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* Wants to take his revenge ?

ElvenScout, you've got enough experience to know rejoining in the same round is against the rules.
Since you have been banned once before, but for a different reason I won't give you a long ban.
Next time this happens will be longer tho.
