just theoreticly;

Is it code wise possible to assign the power throwing attribute, to both agility and strength? lets saysaysaaaaaay 3 power throwing requires 6 Agility and Strength.

Yes, I think it's very possible (Why not?). But then again, why would you do such a horrible thing to throwers? They've suffered enough already!
