Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: He was spawning without a weapon for several rounds and has been leeching. One round he was the last one alive and hiding in a corner. 5. Why you think the offender did what he did: He wanted to leech. 6. Multiple Screenshots: Round after he was last one alive, spawning without a weapon.
7. Names of players that can witness what happened. Multiple people from MB and people who witnessed the round when he was the last one alive without a weapon.

i rember this. wen i got home i jumpd on crpg to engage in gaymplay via na-1. he sponned without a wep nd maid hour teem lose wen he was last aliv. the na cops hav ben pretti gud about tayking care of stuf, so just i they think that they wil perfoam justise.

He is a relatively new player and was not aware of the rules. I explained them to him. If he is still spawning without a weapon or hiding in a corner afk then let me know, and he will be punished.
