I`ve always been annoyed by the fact that siege towers, healing tents and catapults, can get "killed" from simple arrows, but now that fips brought the ballista to c-rpg, IMO all arrows should do 0 damage to siege equipment, and implement the ballista to Strategus
12 to 15 materials to build it
4 ballistas max, 2 on each team, or 3 for defenders 1 for attackers.
Discuss please.

i know the greek have been perm fucked (banned) but u have some very good ideas keep it up my hairy friend

imo, ballista should be implemented by the way of constructions sites, take a cs, and drop on it 10 construction material to make it become a ballista. But as devs won't see my proposal, it becomes useless.

FIPS brought the ballista?
Digga, he just added it to the siege maps. Ozin (http://forum.melee.org/index.php?action=profile;u=5925)was the one who made the ballista.
But +99999999 to it. Ballista is badass, it's fun to use and brings a whole another tactical level and ALSO means we can finally get rid of the catapults being destroyed in 1 minute by arrows.

yay, make catapults/ forward spawns/ siege towers even easier to kill than they already are! yayyy!

If it can be deployed as efficiently from defense or attack side, its good.
If its (from a gameplay aspect) way more powerful on defense (I think thats automatically the case) it will need to be properly balanced with the rest of the game (the cost and damage output on siege engines must be checked).

I'd still love even more upgradeable Castles/Villages/towns Where you can upgrade the strength of your walls, etc, etc. This could even work with ballistas :)
