I was banned in a Strat battle for breaking redundant ladders in the front of the castle because we were at ladder limit, near the end of it I guess. Unfortunately, I was not in TS, which I told Sparvico because I was sick. However, it is pretty clear to see I was not griefing. I left over 5 ladders in the front of the castle, and no enemies were coming out at the time and I'm pretty sure the gates were open. Little does my team know, I was actually atop the defender's tallest tower, breaking any ladders they threw up for most of the battle. I also managed to get my hands on a heavy Xbow and rain down death from above and keep their ranged players pinned down. Unfortunately I could not participate in TS because I am sick and lost my voice. I also apparently missed ONE admin message during spawn rapes, which is completely understandable considering how fast the text scrolls before I was banned for 7 days. I was not chopping down ladders with teammates on them, and I was not griefing. Please understand I was using Strategy in a strategy game. Denying the enemy a tactical vantage point for ranged is actually quite a good strategem, and getting back up there again to shoot my crossbow was on only desire, no pun intended, when I was banned for griefing.
Edit: I also want to add that I had invited Desire to get up to the top of the tower with me when I had killed 3 of their crossbow men and saved her a Heavy Crossbow and stacks of bolts, but that probably counts for nothing.

Regardless of the "reason" for the ladder, the leaders asked you once before to stop. You refused, you got banned. You were leaching(so they said) as well.

As it was my battle I feel I should clarify that I merely wanted murder removed for the duration, not banned further. I got reports both in ts and over steam that he was wasting siege gear and refusing to fight certain enemies. Since he is in GForce, and I have taken actions which would make them unfriendly with me, I believed the reports without confirming myself. I can only say that I was a bit preoccupied with leading the battle. In any event I asked in admin chat for it to be looked at, however nothing happened immediately. It was much later in the battle that murder was banned and I can only surmise others reported the same thing or Desire spec'd him for awhile.
In any event, as the owner of the army that launched the battle in question I merely wanted him removed from the fight, not banned for 7 days. I'm sure there are other things to take into consideration, but if any leniency can be given to him I would appreciate it. It was silly of me to hire him in the first place.
Edit: To clarify, I wanted him removed from the battle, not banned entirely.

I was going to unban, but I had to look into why the ban was 7 days in the logs and now I need more info.
He was banned ~7 minutes after the first complaints by SparviCorp and Sparvadim. Everything matches what Sparvico said, but there was a player complaining in the logs to admin chat:"murdertron also the one on assault throwing sky ladders." Need info about the skyladder thing. Earlier, it seemed as though Murdertron was also accusing someone else of the same thing. Need clarification for whether it was miscommunication or if someone saw him do those things.
Either way, if you're warned by the commander, try to follow suit or at least be vigilant of chat and your surroundings if you're not on TS. That way, you don't miss anything important. I'm tired/sick myself, so I don't want to make any rash decisions right now.

I was not warned by any commander. You can search the logs, there was never an indigo text for me if there were even any at all, and Sparvico did indeed have commander chat. The only communication ever to me was supposedly a single pink text to me from Desire, which I missed because it was during spawn rape and the text moves too fast.
Basically, what I'm saying is there was no communication to me about not breaking extraneous and redundant ladders in order to get more ladders up to tactical places. Honestly, we were raping their spawns, 5 ladders on the front was more than enough and I just wanted to get back to the tower to get my Heavy Crossbow.

I do apologize for not warning you myself murder. As I said I was a bit anxious about the outcome of the battle and I took the reports I got on faith. As far as a reason for the ban being 7 days i do not have any idea.

Unbanned. Direct communication goes a long way. Some confusion from some of the posts, but the logs check out for what Sparvico and murder described. Desire, PM me if the 7 day ban had more to it.
